1. Van Gogh
- he used circular and energetic lines to create his work, varying the thick and thinness of lines to create abstracted elements of nature, by using large amounts of paint to create a very textured look as if the brushstrokes and paint are coming right off the canvas. He basically uses different styles, and amount of paint to create different types of unique lines and drawings, in his drawings he uses different patterns to create a unique setting.
2. Pablo Picasso
- He used lines to simplify how things were in real life. His line drawings were examples of common things in life that people have experienced or seen. His drawings usually focused on one subject, and the focus of the subject was created with the use of lines.
3. Albrecht Durer
- He used lines to help make his drawing pop off the page and look more 3d and realistic. He also brought out shadows with lines that made is drawings look even more like you saw it in real life. His drawings look like they had depth to them, he was able to use lines and shadows to create different layers making things appear to pop off the page more, they weren't one dimensional.
